This is a human male skin for the game Dragon Age: Origins, created by the developer and released for free. It has a flat face and no beard. It is a brand new preset that replaces the existing preset #8. It is meant to replace the existing ugly one, so if you like the existing one you can download it for free. It is a zip file that you can download and it should go into effect the next time you start a new game. You can find it in the Downloads section of the settings.
